In accordance with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), we explain below the scope in which the personal data of those who visit this website and contact us is processed.
1. Data Controller
Your personal data is processed by Dr. Gökhan Elmabaşoğlu, in the capacity of Data Controller, within G&F Clinic, where the services are provided.

2. Data Processed on This Website
This is an informational website; it does not collect personal data through membership, forms, comments or cookies. During your visit, only the following technical operations take place:
- Server logs: The server hosting the site may automatically record information such as your IP address, browser type and the date and time of your visit for security and technical operation purposes.
- Third-party resources: The fonts and certain software libraries on the page are loaded from content delivery services such as Google Fonts, cdnjs and jsDelivr. During this loading, your IP address is transmitted to the relevant service; the privacy policies of those services apply.
- External links: When you click WhatsApp, phone, Instagram or map links, the privacy and data processing rules of the relevant platform (Meta, Google, etc.) apply.
3. Data Processed in Contact and Appointment Processes
When you contact us via WhatsApp or by phone, the following data may be processed:
- Identity and contact data: name, surname, phone number, e-mail address.
- Special categories of personal data (health data): your appointment and treatment history, together with any health-related information you share with us.
4. Purposes of Processing
- Provision of healthcare services and personalized treatment planning,
- Management of appointment and communication processes,
- Fulfillment of legal obligations,
- Secure and uninterrupted operation of the website,
- Improvement of service quality.
5. Legal Basis
Your identity and contact data is processed under Article 5 of KVKK for the provision of a service, for communicating with you and within the scope of our legitimate interests. Your health data is processed under Article 6 of KVKK by persons under a statutory duty of confidentiality, for the purpose of carrying out medical diagnosis, treatment and care services. For purposes other than treatment (for example, sending commercial electronic messages), your explicit consent is obtained separately.
6. Transfer and Retention
Your personal data is stored with hosting and IT infrastructure providers to the extent required by the service. As these servers may be located abroad, your data may be transferred outside Turkey under Article 9 of KVKK, in accordance with the conditions set out in the applicable legislation. Your data is retained for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation and required by the purpose of processing; at the end of this period it is deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
7. Cookies
This site does not place cookies in your browser and does not use analytics or tracking tools. Should such a tool be added in the future, this notice will be updated and, where required, your consent will be obtained.
8. Your Rights (Article 11 of KVKK)
With regard to your personal data, you have the right to:
- learn whether it is being processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred, in Turkey or abroad,
- request its correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction,
- request that these operations be notified to the third parties to whom it has been transferred,
- object to the occurrence of a result to your detriment through analysis by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing.
