Non-surgical laser lipolysis and double chin contouring
Endolaser (Endolift) is a non-surgical facelift and laser lipolysis method in which fibre laser tips finer than a strand of hair are placed beneath the skin through a tiny entry point. The laser energy liquefies the fat tissue under the skin while tightening the skin from within and triggering collagen production. It gives particular improvement along the jawline, in the double chin (submental area) and in under-eye bags. No surgical incision is needed; for the majority of patients a single session is enough, and the results continue to improve over the following months as collagen renews.
Fat tissue that has collected along the lower jaw is reduced while the skin is tightened from within, creating a sharper contour.
Stubborn fat under the chin is melted away and collagen production is triggered to prevent sagging; the result can be felt from the first weeks onwards.
The small fat pads under the eyes are reduced in a controlled way and the skin firms up; no scar is left.

For the great majority of patients a single session is enough; more extensive cases may need a second session.
No; local anaesthesia is enough. The procedure is completed in 30-45 minutes under local anaesthesia.
Mild swelling may occur; it usually decreases over the first weeks and resolves completely within about 3 weeks.
