Skin renewal with microneedling radiofrequency
Gold Needle (fractional microneedling radiofrequency) is a skin renewal treatment that delivers controlled radiofrequency energy into the deeper layers of the skin through the 24-carat gold-plated micro needles in its handpiece. In our clinic it is performed with the Secret Duo device. By stimulating collagen and elastin production, it is effective for the appearance of pores, acne scars, fine lines and loss of elasticity; it also reduces active acne by shrinking the sebaceous glands in a controlled way. Because it does not peel the surface of the skin, it can be performed all year round without a risk of pigmentation. A topical anaesthetic cream is applied beforehand for comfort; mild redness usually settles within 1 day.
